Over the last two years, the Stepan Company has been on a journey to improve the user experience for our website visitors. After conducting extensive research from our customers and employees, we began to deploy website enhancements in a phased approach.
The initial stages of the website enhancements were implemented in 2022 and included:
- Improved search functionality including search within PDFs
- Improved Product Finder features that allow users to expand or narrow their product selection
- A Product Comparison tool in the Product Finder; allowing users to compare properties of up to four products side by side
- Ability to attach a document to the "Submit an Inquiry" form
- Instant chat feature available on all website pages
- A more intuitive Contact Us page
Most recently, Stepan.com underwent a redesign that enriches the overall user experience. The newly designed site includes:
