STEPANQUAT Soleil is a modern hair conditioning agent that is better for the hair and the environment thanks to its better ecotoxicity profile compared to BTAC (behentrimonium chloride) and CETAC (cetrimonium chloride). Additionally, STEPANQUAT Soleil is readily biodegradable, GMO-free, and is derived from local renewable/sustainable feedstock. This product smooths each individual hair strand, for super-soft, manageable hair and without any build-up effect. It allows for easy combing on both wet and dry hair and possesses great substantivity. STEPANQUAT Soleil conditions hair as well as or better than market-leading conditioning agents while having a very nice environmental profile.
